About the Founder
Alana Kendall
Hi, I’m Alana Kendall, a high school student living in the UK and the founder of From Girl to Great. I am passionate about healthcare, policy, and health economics due to my experience of living with type 1 diabetes. I created this platform to empower young women with the knowledge, mentorship, and inspiration they need to succeed in the industry. Through my podcast, I interview trailblazing women in healthcare who share their journeys, challenges, and leadership insights. Whether it’s navigating career paths, breaking barriers, or shaping the future of healthcare, my goal is to provide young women with real-world advice and the confidence to pursue their ambitions.
