Hi, I’m Alana Kendall, a UK student and founder of From Girl to Great. Living with type 1 diabetes sparked my passion for healthcare and health economics, and I aim to empower young women to lead with insight and confidence.

Hi! I’m Sofi and I am passionate about helping people in any way I can. I hope to grow on From Girl to Great to work in healthcare in the future and help other people grow and achieve their dreams.

Hii!! I’m Christina Chronos! I have grown up around medicine my whole life and have always been so passionate! I would love to become a nurse practitioner!! And I can’t wait to help make From Girl to Great become a reality in America!!

Hi! My name is Emily Haskins, and I’m a student at the University of Georgia and Internship Program Co-Director at LCMG (Lake Country Medical Group). I’m pursuing a career as a Physician Assistant, with interests in labor and delivery and dermatology. I’m passionate about women’s health, the confidence-boosting aspects of dermatologic care, and ultimately providing compassionate, accessible healthcare where every patient feels seen, heard, and valued.

Hi! My name is Alex Ribic, and I’m a senior at the University of Georgia and an Internship Co-Director at Lake Country Medical Group. I plan to attend medical school and pursue Internal Medicine, with the goal of completing a fellowship specialization. This internship has expanded my clinical knowledge, strengthened my interest in medicine, and developed my leadership skills. As a future physician, I’m passionate about creating a welcoming, supportive, and appreciative environment for patients.

Tanvi is a third year student at the University of Georgia, interested in going into gynecology or another profession in women's health as a physician. She is passionate about learning and providing others with knowledge to teach themselves. Due to this passion, she loves to volunteer with students.

I am Marisa Lambert from Dunwoody, Georgia. I am currently a rising senior at UGA majoring in Exercise and Sports Science (kinesiology). I plan to go to PA school and will be applying in the spring. I found out about this internship through the Pre-PA GroupMe. I wanted to expand my clinical knowledge by learning from providers.

Hi! My name is Elle Eisele, and I’m a pre-med student at the University of Georgia. I’m currently focused on gaining as much experience as possible to prepare for a future career in medicine. My passion for helping others has been inspired by the care and support I’ve received from doctors throughout my life, and I’m excited to one day provide that same level of compassion and expertise to my own patients.

My name is Taylor Frederick, and I am a recent graduate from the University of Georgia! I am currently in the process of interviewing for PA programs and am excited for the day when I can positively impact people’s health and build genuine connections. At this point, I’m interested in working in primary care and orthopedics.

Hi, I’m Maddie Whitlock! I’m passionate about women’s health and aspire to become an OB/GYN. My goal is to support women who are often underserved and help improve access to prenatal and reproductive care. I want every woman to feel seen, supported, and empowered throughout her healthcare journey.
